In today's dynamic higher education landscape, the success of an institution is significantly influenced by its organisational culture, work values and overall performance. Recognising the importance of aligning these elements with institutional goals, it is essential for leaders to effectively navigate changes and challenges. Engaging key stakeholders in fostering a positive culture and enhancing work values is crucial for achieving better organisational performance.
To delve into the intricate relationship between organisational culture, work values and performance in higher education institutions, we are excited to announce a three-day conference. This event will bring together academicians, administrators, researchers, practitioners and students worldwide to exchange knowledge, explore innovative approaches and deepen their understanding of these critical factors.
Join us to learn from esteemed experts, share insights and discuss the latest trends and practices in higher education. This conference provides a unique platform for participants to collaborate, inspire and drive positive change within the higher education ecosystem.
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) was born out of the educational vision of St Kuriakose Elias Chavara, an educationalist and social reformer of the nineteenth century in South India. He founded the first Catholic indigenous congregation, Carmelites of Mary Immaculate (CMI), in 1831, which administers CHRIST (Deemed to be University). The University was established as 'Christ College' in 1969. It undertook path-breaking initiatives in Indian higher education by introducing innovative and modern curricula, emphasising academic discipline, imparting Holistic Education and adopting global higher education practices with the support of creative and dedicated staff. The campus is a living example of harmonious multiculturalism with students from all states, union territories and around 60 countries.
CHRIST (Deemed to be University) publishes six peer-reviewed research journals and has published more than 300 books in Kannada and English. A promoter of sports, music and literary activities, it is a nurturing ground for creative excellence.
